The IG-IBD Scores application, developed by IG-IBD, is a clinical tool designed to assist physicians in the efficient calculation of various scores used to assess inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) activity from both clinical and endoscopic perspectives. IBD scoring systems are extensively employed in routine practice as well as in clinical research to quantify disease severity and monitor treatment outcomes.

The application features seven IBD score calculators. Users can select the desired score from the available options, which include clinical scores such as Mayo partial and full, Crohn's Disease Activity Index (CDAI), and Harvey-Bradshaw Index (HBI), as well as endoscopic scores like CDEIS, SES-CD, Mayo endoscopic score, and Rutgeerts score. Upon selection, the interface displays a tailored data entry menu relevant to the chosen score.

Data input is optimized for ease of use, eliminating the need for typing by employing radio buttons and dropdown menus. This design approach aims to streamline the scoring process, minimize user error, and enhance efficiency.
